It would've been nice to actually get our moneys worth @ 72.00... maybe heritage should think about discounted rates until you can actually run the place. but we marched through the whole "experience" The adult/senior interpreters were genuine and sincere and knowledgeable, however the younger staff sucked, bottom line, with the exception of the young guy in the Toy Shoppe. The train was nice....I guess we should've done the train more than once and the fair rides, maybe would've made it worth the money. We visited different places and workshop.

:( We enjoyed the First Nations encampment, the interpretors were amazing to talk to, and it was warm haha, and you could actually take the space in. I took my classroom there for a field trip. They loved it! If you book with Tripadvisor, you can cancel at least 24 hours before the start date of your tour for a full refund. And I set the bar too high. Site includes playgound areas, picnic areas walk/bike path and a very nice dog park with separate areas for big & small dogs. Very reasonable entry cost , $6 for whole day parking, and once p, We visited the village for 4 1/2 hours today, just strolling around, reading the plaques, visiting the insides of houses, stores, church, saloon, hotel, etc from the late 1800's to early 1900's, as we, 1900 Heritage Dr SW, Calgary, Alberta T2V 2X3 Canada. Eventually a person named Mitch tried to rectify the situation and we appreciated this as he was the only staff member who was good at his job. Heritage Park opens for another exciting summer and we can take you there! We firmly believe in our youth and education system and wish them all the luck and good will into their future.
As always, this year’s Harvest Sale will feature truckloads of fruits and veggies at historically low prices. Most docents are friendly and knowledgeable, especially the lovely ladies in houses which have working stoves.

Definitely one of the best places I've been too in Canada, came over to visit family and they took us here learnt so much. We were sad for sure.
Unfortunately it was raining hard with some hail and overall was just freezing. She enjoyed the train rides, merry go round, and the swings!

Our experience at the Selkirk Grille was one of the worst I've ever had a restaurant; we were ignored, didn't receive service and when we expressed our frustration we were mocked and treated horrendously by a person named Ralph.
