Facilities at Les Ranchisses are excellent with a very good resto and shop. The staff have been brilliant, I would definitely book with canvas again & recommend them to friends & family. Our boys are still young so we often find pool complexes like this are a bit too busy and hectic for them – but it didn’t feel like that at all at Camping La Sirene. After having our holiday this year cancelled twice due to covid, staff at canvas have been brilliant in keeping us informed promptly of the situation & making us aware of our options. Can't recommend Canvas Holidays and their reps highly enough and would definitely book with them again. The whole process was swift, fair and easy. They have been swift to act and most helpful and prompt in giving refunds. You don’t need a lot of spending money because so many activities are included, so you could have a holiday for a family of 4 for about £1,500. We didn’t get to go on our holiday with Canvas this year but the booking process last year was very easy and the member of staff I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and patient - we had two weeks at different campsites and we were travelling with family but nothing was too much trouble. However, Canvas were amazing at dealing with the cancellation. The mobile home was quite basic but we found we didn’t spend much time in it because it was so lovely outside. Jul 13, 2020. Both flights were great – particularly the Thomas Cook flight as we had the James Martin inflight meals and they were delicious. There were lots of arcades, lots of casual restaurants and lots of ice cream shops. Yes, that was us! We spent all day in the pools and by dinner time we had two very tired little boys! But not for too long because the kids will undoubtedly be whining to go back to the resort within an hour! If you’re looking for an affordable family holidays in the sun then I know just the thing for you. The beach is nice but be aware there isn’t any shade. They have helped us to rebook for next year and having the additional 20% off as a result of the holiday being cancelled has meant we can go in luxury next (fingers crossed). We felt very safe from Covid here and the site had all precautions covered and everybody was sticking to the rules. If you can, I definitely recommend having a car during a Canvas Holiday.
